It includes a permanent exhibition room: Sala Doña Falla: Original antique furniture from the house, old photographs of Doña Rafaela Murillo, as well as a mirror donated by Doña Arcelia Barbero, the great-granddaughter of Doña Falla.

It features 8 temporary exhibition rooms plus the esplanade: Room 1: Reception of about 7.90 m², located at the house entrance, with a window, two entrances to the following rooms, white lamps, and warm spotlights; Room 2: Agustín Lara, 14.38 m², parquet floor, white lighting and a warm light lamp, with a window; Room 3: Juan Lomán y Bueno, 24.38 m², mosaic floor, white lighting, two warm four-light candelabras; secondary exit door, wooden-framed window and fireplace; original ceiling reinforced with visible wooden beams; Room 4: Lorenzo Barcelata, 23.37 m², parquet floor, window with wooden doors, two white lamps, warm lighting spotlights and a warm lamp; Room 5: Mario Ruiz Armengol, 34.67 m², parquet floor, three entrances to different rooms; wooden ceiling with glass skylights, two white lamps and two four-light warm candelabras; two wooden doors, one leading outside the house and the other to a room used as a storeroom. This room is used as a concert hall due to its excellent acoustics; Room 6: Gabilondo Soler, 16.31 m², parquet floor, a window with wooden doors, two white lamps, warm lighting spotlights and a warm lamp; Room 7: Toña la Negra, 18.22 m², mosaic floor, a wooden door opening to the esplanade, a wooden window, a niche with warm lighting, two white lamps, warm lighting spotlights and a warm lamp; Room 8: Sala Alicia Urreta, 30.36 m², exterior room with the house's original mosaic, a fireplace, with exit to and view of the street. It has no roof. Used for exterior exhibitions. Esplanade: Ángel J. Garrido; 103.40 m²; area with cobblestone floor, decorative plants, a tree in the center, includes a well. Collection pieces on display: 21 original house furniture, photographs of Doña Falla, and a painting of the jarochos.
