In its exhibition spaces you will find 3,000 years of art history through the Permanent Collection, in its Prehispanic Art Rooms, Viceroyalty Art Rooms and 19th Century Art Rooms, and Contemporary Art Rooms. The Amparo Museum also hosts Temporary Exhibition Rooms and an Audiovisual Projects Room, providing space for curatorial proposals by researchers that frame innovative perspectives on art and cultural expressions. Among its services are an auditorium, library, hemeroteca, fototeca, videoteca, tienda, and cafeteria. Its public program includes guided tours, lectures, seminars, diploma courses, and other activities.
