Cuenta con cuatro salas de exhibición permanentes:
Sala 1.- Arte Sacro de 52.92 m²
Corresponde a la nave principal de la capilla donde se exponen bienes culturales, muebles históricos de carácter religioso
Sala 2.- Labranza de la tierra, 29.04 m²
Esta sala comprende el espacio original de la sacristía en ella se exponen implementos agrícolas antiguos que desarrollaron los rosarenses, ésta sala se concibe como un homenaje a la población
que ha dedicado su vida al trabajo y cultivo durante siglos. También cuentan con un acervo de bienes muebles arqueológicos que se han hallado en las parcelas

En el atrio de la capilla, se realizan eventos culturales y talleres, en este espacio se muestra la colección de implementos agrícolas de tiro que se usó en la región hasta mediados del siglo XX
