Permanent exhibits include two rooms: Sala Cuitláhuac, 56 m², and an archaeological collection belonging to the Aztec culture from the Classic and Postclassic periods. Sala de usos múltiples, 56 m², features a mural by Jesús Romero Parra titled En el Fuego de Nuestro Origen, painted in 1994. It narrates the daily life of the Mexica culture, as well as elements of its cosmogony, its relationship with nature and geography.
