El Museo Etnográfico de Nazas cuenta con 4 salas de exhibición que van según el contenido temático:
1.- Sala al aire libre: aperos agrícolas industriales (segadora, malacate, arados, etc.).
2.- Sala multifuncional: historia natural, arqueológica, histórica, ciencia y tecnología, que van desde la época glaciar, la prehispánica, la colonia, la independencia, la reforma, la revolución, hasta la época moderna.
3.-Sala dedicada a la cocina tradicional nacence en el siglo XX.
4.-Sala agropecuaria (aperos agrícolas manuales tales como tenazas, mazos, alicates, etc.).
La colección de las piezas es gracias a las aportaciones de los habitantes radicados en el municipio de Nazas, y fuera de éste pero que son oriundos de la zona, dejándolas en donación o en comodato.
