Las salas de exposiciones permanentes cuentan con auténticos artefactos regionales, fotografías, murales, esculturas, cédulas interactivas y señalización bilingüe (español / inglés), que ilustran de forma creativa tres fases principales de la cultura e historia de Tecate: la Prehistoria, la Época de Ranchos y la Contemporánea.
