Cuenta con cinco salas permanentes:
Sala uno, se muestran los cortadores, colorantes y otros utensilios propios del oficio.
Sala dos, se exhiben las piezas de azĂșcar mĂĄs antiguas (una de los años cuarenta y otra de 1966); las demĂĄs obras tienen entre 20 y 30 años de antigĂŒedad. FotografĂ­as de piezas y momentos diversos de la trayectoria de la artista. Destacan tres piezas grandes: FestĂ­n (Blanca Nieves y los siete enanos), Morisco (pieza de los años cincuenta que representa una escena morisca) y Tropical (arreglo floral cuya base es una cabeza de tamaño natural). En lugar especial se encuentra una figura de Cleopatra.
Sala tres, se muestran reproducciones arquitectĂłnicas, escenas y figuras de diversos temas.
Sala cuatro, muestra al visitante el taller del artista, con todos sus utensilios, batidoras, bĂĄscula, mesas, materiales, estufa, etc, que ha utilizado los Ășltimos 58 años de trabajo.
Sala cinco, muestra la cristalerĂ­a antigua y cĂłmo se usaba poner en las vitrinas de las casas hace algunas dĂ©cadas. En otras vitrinas se exhiben piezas de azĂșcar de distintos temas y escalas; dos de ellas iluminadas.
