La Sala Principal tiene en el centro la reconstrucciĂłn de un esqueleto de mamut, siendo Ă©ste la culminaciĂłn del trabajo de diferentes investigadores. TambiĂ©n pueden observarse diversos ejemplares del Reino Mineral, que impactan por su color y forma. Existen tres vitrales, dos de ellos que muestran motivos de minerĂa: "La máquina de extracciĂłn por fuerza hidráulica" y "Sistema de bombas en una mina antigua".Sala del Sistema Tierra
Sala de PaleontologĂa en donde se exhiben fĂłsiles de invertebrados y vertebrados. Los primeros están ordenados con base en su edad geolĂłgica, es decir, se sigue un orden cronolĂłgico de los perĂodos del Paleozoico, Mesozoico y Cenozoico.
La mayor parte de los especĂmenes procede de lechos fosilĂferos marinos. Los fĂłsiles de vertebrados en su mayorĂa son del Pleistoceno, excepto el dinosaurio Pico de Pato y el ictiosauro que son del mesozoico y el cráneo del dinoterio, de edad terciaria.
