Museum Exhibitions
Permanent Collections
The first room houses about 10 official documents dating from the early decades of the 20th century, covering various public-order matters such as payment receipts, circulars, and marriage certificates. Another room is dedicated to pulque haciendas, to the process of making the so-called beverage of the gods, and, of course, to the documents that attest to the administration of the businesses that distributed it in the past.
Special Exhibitions
Contains a temporary exhibition of works by Pancho Cárdenas, a Mexican visual artist capable of conveying with great wit both joys and frustrations. In this room you can also view a collection of petroglyph images found in a locality within the municipality, as well as some archaeological remains and photographs of Tlaxco taken from the highest point of the Rey natural park.
