La Sala 1 dedicada al entonces estado de Coahuila y Texas, exhibe banderas, grabados del fuerte del Álamo, documentos, fotos y mapas. La Sala de armas muestra rifles, pistolas, sables, bayonetas de la época, además de botones, hebillas e insignias encontradas en la Angostura, y réplicas de las banderas de los batallones que participaron en la batalla. La Sala 3 muestra algunas pinturas de uniformes militares y un video relativo a la batalla.
