El recorrido inicia mostrándote algunas piedras o tabiques que se utilizaron para la construcción de la casa de piedra, tales tabiques se utilizaron en la construcción de la Mision de Loreto. La casa de piedra como su nombre lo dice está construida con piedras y tabiques bien tallados por los artesanos de aquellos tiempos, las paredes tienen una anchura de hasta más de 1 metro. Cuentan los historiadores y los descendientes de la familia que tras la destrucción de una parte de la misión hace algunas décadas, algunas piedras quedaron en el patio de una de las casas de un cartero reconocido en aquéllos tiempos, las conservó en su domicilio hasta hace poco tiempo y ahora se exhiben en el museo casa de piedra en Loreto.
