Cuenta con dos salas de exhibiciones temporales: 1.- Sala Huizachtepetl de 57 m² Ubicada en la planta baja, su uso es múltiple con talleres, conferencias, exposiciones, reuniones de trabajo y reuniones comunitarias. 2.- Sala Magna de 140 m² Se localiza en la parte norte del tercer piso y su uso también es múltiple pero se le da prioridad a las exposiciones temporales.
