En la primera se muestra un contenido general de la zona territorial de Orizaba, aquí se podrán observar planos, tipo de suelo y todo lo que se encuentra alrededor de la ciudad, así el escudo de la ciudad y la explicación completa de sus orígenes, y piezas importantes que están resguardadas, como la cédula de Orizaba.
En la segunda sala: hay personajes históricos como referencia del Valle de Orizaba, se puede apreciar una maqueta en donde están representadas parte de las fábricas que se montaron en la región. En la tercera sala: hay piezas muy importantes que han sido recabadas por ciudadanos y que donaron para ser apreciadas en este museo, material entre el cuál hay fotografías de distintas etapas de la ciudad, en donde se podrá ver cómo es que vivía la gente de diferente estatus social. cuarta sala: se exhiben los tipos de arquitectura que tiene la ciudad, y cómo ha ido cambiando desde la época colonial hasta la actualidad La quinta sala: se muestran objetos importantes que se han tenido con el paso del tiempo.
