Sala 2: The first Chontal settlements in the Acalån region, which today includes the Palizada municipality and the ceramics produced there. Sala 3: The trade routes of the Chontal area as well as the innumerable products traded since the Late Classic period, including the Campeche log, a dye wood. Sala 4: The origins of Palizada stemming from the Campeche log trade, given its importance in the European textile world, which allowed entrepreneurs of different nationalities to arrive, creating a diverse mestizaje.
