Cuenta con cuatro salas: Sala de historia, donde se exhiben las maquetas del Ex Convento de Santa Rosa de Lima, la forma artesanal en que se elaboraba el ate, y la maquinaria de vapor del siglo XX. Sala de la cocina colonial, en la cual se ve la elaboración del dulce llamado ate. La Galería, con más de 130 fotos, colección del cronista José Antonio Romo. La sala de cine, donde se proyecta la historia del dulce desde la edad antigua hasta nuestros días.
