The museum is divided into three thematic sections: Vida Cotidiana. It refers to the daily activities of the ancient Tlaxcaltecs, a society that reached its peak during the Late Postclassic. The exhibit is supported by photographs, ceramic objects, and stone and bone artifacts. Religión Prehispánica. Emphasis is placed on the warlike aspects of the gods and the religious ceremonies of the Tlaxcaltecs, who used codex-style ceramics, stone sculptures, and mural painting to spread their ideas, with vestiges found at the site. Vida Colonial. It highlights the support given by the Tlaxcaltecs to the Spaniards for the Conquest, the acceptance of Christian symbols, and political subordination to the viceroyal government. In this section, rings, needles and copper clasps, clay figurines, and ceramic objects are shown, along with photographs of burials and religious images.
