1. Medio ambiente y estilo arquitectónico
Se hace énfasis en las variaciones ecológicas y climáticas de la península yucateca, sobre todo en la zona de la serranía (Puuc), que fue el escenario para el desarrollo de ciudades tan importantes como Uxmal. Se describen los elementos arquitectónicos del estilo Puuc, cuyas características, en contraste con las urbes de otras regiones, destacan por su sistema hidráulico y el patrón de asentamiento.
2. Desarrollo histórico
Se exhibe la herencia material de los pobladores de Uxmal y se explican sus diferencias con otras zonas del área maya.
