El visitante puede apreciar el manuscrito de la novela La Feria, muebles que pertenecieron al escritor, como su escritorio de cortina, un archivero con gavetas de encino americano con cortina, libreros, fotografías, objetos personales, documentos varios en original y copia, dibujos y retratos del escritor, de Luis Filcer y de Carlos Fuentes. Dibujos de Arreola a dos tintas, copias de documentos inéditos, videos en los que aparece el escritor, una mesa de ajedrez diseñada por el escritor y ocho libreros que contienen ediciones publicadas desde 1950 a la fecha.
