La primera sala "Síguele la huella al agua", cuenta con cinco pantallas donde se presentan diversos temas como: Propiedades del agua, ecología, contaminación y problemática social, además de una exposición de más de 150 fotografías.
En la sala superior “Agua pasa por mi casa.... ¿pero quién la lleva?”, se exhiben distintas maquetas donde se muestra cómo es la distribución del agua potable, los procesos de saneamiento, drenaje, así como la historia del OAPAS.
Cuenta con un modelo a escala del acueducto de los remedios, un pasillo de exhibición de fotografías con valor histórico de lugares representativos de Naucalpan y se habilitó un espacio para consulta de acervo bibliográfico.Las salas 3 y 4 muestran elementos y equipos que utiliza el organismo del agua para prestar sus servicios. Actualmente podemos encontrar una exhibición de tomas domiciliarias y de tapas de alcantarilla; una bomba de succión para pozo, una junta dresser, válvulas, entre otros.
