El museo cuenta con dos salas, en las que el público visitante encuentra la historia del café en Chiapas y en México, así como algunos elementos de carácter etnográfico.
Sala 1. Historia del café.
En este espacio se exhibe una tostadora antigua, libros especializados en café y fotografías que acercan al espectador al cultivo y proceso del café.
Sala 2. Indio
El discurso temático de esta sala ofrece elementos etnográficos. Aquí se recrea una choza de palma típica de la región habitada por una familia chiapaneca. Se exhiben empaques y muestras de diversos tipos de grano producidos por los socios de la COOPCAFE; fotografías, y una breve explicación de las zonas cafetaleras en el país.
