Recorrido
The museum has two rooms where visitors encounter the history of coffee in Chiapas and in Mexico, as well as some ethnographic elements. Sala 1. Historia del café. In this space an antique roaster, coffee books and photographs bring the viewer closer to the cultivation and processing of coffee. Sala 2. Indio. The thematic discourse of this room offers ethnographic elements. Here a typical palm-thatched hut inhabited by a Chiapanecan family is recreated.
