El museo cuenta con dos salas, en las que el público visitante encuentra la historia del café en Chiapas y en México, asà como algunos elementos de carácter etnográfico.
Sala 1. Historia del café.
En este espacio se exhibe una tostadora antigua, libros especializados en cafĂ© y fotografĂas que acercan al espectador al cultivo y proceso del cafĂ©.
Sala 2. Indio
El discurso temático de esta sala ofrece elementos etnográficos. AquĂ se recrea una choza de palma tĂpica de la regiĂłn habitada por una familia chiapaneca. Se exhiben empaques y muestras de diversos tipos de grano producidos por los socios de la COOPCAFE; fotografĂas, y una breve explicaciĂłn de las zonas cafetaleras en el paĂs.
