Cuenta con una sala didáctica en la que los visitantes pueden conocer la historia de la comunicación gráfica, la cual se expone como una lÃnea de tiempo en la que se narra su trayecto desde las pinturas rupestres hasta la primera imprenta en Guadalajara, pasando por la invención de la imprenta en Alemania en 1450.
Tiene otras salas dedicadas a las artes gráfica, en las que se aborda el proceso de preimpresión, impresión y encuadernado, incluidas algunas imprentas del siglo XIX. Asimismo, se pueden observar equipos empleados en la impresión de revistas y periódicos como un cilindro de impresión, una máquina Router y una prensa de plano cilÃndrico.
