Eight permanent exhibition halls: In the introductory hall, a remembrance of the house's history and the figures to whom the museum is dedicated. The life of Don José María Morelos y Pavón; The encounter with Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla; Their principles as a strategist; The Cuautla site; How this led to the apprehension and execution. Also, the museum features the origins of Zapatismo, the Zapata–Madero encounter, the taking of Cuautla, the signing of the Ayala Plan, and the Zapatistas' entry into the capital ending with Emiliano Zapata's death.
