En la Sala de Arqueología está la representación de tumbas de tiro identificando dos
entierros y las ofrendas que corresponden a cada uno de los dos géneros; femenino y
masculino. Se completa la sala de arqueología con algunas piezas prehispánicas, así
como replicas que demuestran el uso y consumo del agave en tiempos prehispánicos.

Las Salas de Minería muestran la tradición minera con herramientas y usos de estos
recursos naturales transformados por artesanos de la región.

La Sala de Paisaje Agavero muestra objetos de campo, envases, documentos y mapas
de la región de Magdalena dentro del Paisaje agavero.

Colección de botellas de productores de la región, así como las botellas
conmemorativas de Cámara Nacional de la Industria Tequilera.
