La Casa del Volcán, origins, Mission and Vision. It continues with the description of what volcanoes are, the origin of the word Volcán, the tectonic plates, the Pacific Ring of Fire, subduction of plates in Colima, the types of volcanism, the types of volcanoes and the types of eruptions. It includes a 2×2 meter image of the Colima volcano crater from February 2024 that visitors can access. Interactive volcano table with locator buttons and lights on the map, plus a simultaneous on-screen description of the different volcanic centers. Twelve LED displays showing real-time monitoring of the Colima Volcano. Three models including the Colima Volcano (Geology, topography and sand). Maps of scenarios of the Colima Volcanic Complex showing volcanic hazards and surrounding towns, evacuation routes, and radii from 5 to 20 km in case of an eruption. Videos of helicopter and drone flights, growth of the dome, volcanic activity 2015–2017. Photographs and paintings about the volcanic phenomenon.
