Sala 1: Línea de tiempo con fotografías y descripciones de la vida de John Spencer y la remodelación del inmueble. Maquetas que muestran la evolución del inmueble. Sala 2: Bosquejos para la construcción de la barda perimetral de la Capilla de los Tres Reyes Magos en Tetela del Monte, Fotografías de dicha obra terminada y esculturas en madera. Sala 3: Esculturas en Hierro forjado y madera realizadas por John Spencer en 1980. Sala 4: Piedras labradas de la serie “Sermons in Stone” realizadas en los años 70, y cuadernos de trabajo del artista.
