The first room to visit is the Sala de exposiciones temporales of the bullfighting group Tendido Tapia, where photos, posters and a multitude of bullfighting memories are on display, including a Cantinflas photo at the Mérida Plaza de Toros. The second room is devoted to sacred art. The third room, named Juan Manuel Chan Alvarado, in honor of a deceased Yucatec painter, is the painting gallery where temporary exhibitions are presented. The fourth room displays objects such as helmets of Soldado de chocolate bottles from different eras, Sidra Pino from 1857 when mineral water was sold, and the white bottles from Cervecería Yucateca; overall the museum houses more than 200 different bottles and more than 500 glasses from nearly all Mexican beers and those from abroad. Sala cinco is dedicated to Maya culture and the Caste War.
