La primera sala está dedicada a los antecedentes históricos del Tequila:
Los asistentes podrán disfrutar de réplicas de figuras prehispánicas estilo Comala, objetos que pertenecen a la tradición ancestral de siembra y cultivo del agave, contemplando también una colección fotográfica de los testimonios patrimoniales dominados por la majestuosa elevación del volcán de tequila y el imponente cañón de la barranca del río grande de Santiago, en el que se enmarca el excepcional y único paisaje cultural constituido por las plantaciones agaveras.
Industriales:
En la segunda sala se presentan algunas fotografías de familias pioneras en la fabricación del Tequila, logrando por su preservación y distinción ser reconocidas como las más importantes en la industria del tequila.
Proceso industrial:
La información sobre los procesos de fabricación del Tequila se encuentra en la sala tres, en donde se exhibe un pipón o contenedor de Tequila, así como algunos elementos del proceso industrial y barricas.
El tequila:
En la cuarta sala de esta exposición permanente se presenta lo que se ha llamado el tequila, dando a conocer la historia de esta tradición; aquí se incluye una muestra de distintos objetos, tales como timbres, botellas, botellas antiguas, botellas patrimoniales y un clasificación de diferentes marcas, entre otros elementos que llevarán al espectador a un viaje a través de la convivencia de las personas y esta tradicional bebida que da identidad a los mexicanos.
El tequila en el arte:
Finalmente, la quinta sala está dedicada a la cultura popular y el tequila, en donde se podrán ver réplicas de pintura, fotografías, las botellas del récord guiness, artesanías, entre otras cosas, con la temática de esta bebida típica de la región.
