Este espacio cuenta con cuadros, algunos cuya autoría se atribuye al pintor poblano Juan Cordero, de personajes ilustres y gobernantes del estado de los episodios más importantes de la región, como la Guerra de Castas, la lucha contra el imperio y el auge henequenero; y pinturas de la época colonial de los siglos XVII y XVIII de tema religioso, retratos de sacerdotes y obispos, así como cuadros de santos y uno de la Virgen de la ciudad de Izamal.
