Planta Alta, 16 salas temáticas abarcando los temas: Porfiriato, Antirreeleccionismo maderista, Antirreeleccionismo poblano, Antecedentes, hechos y testimonios gráficos, documentales de la batalla del 18 de noviembre de 1910, muerte de Aquiles Serdán el 19 de noviembre, encarcelamiento y juicio de las mujeres Serdán,la Revolución en Puebla, el Constitucionalismo de 1917, Carmen Serdán y Manuel Velázquez.
