Sala de Arqueología. En esta Sala se invita al visitante a viajar en el tiempo y seguir el trayecto del hombre que vivió en la lejana Era Glacial.
Sala de Historia. Se exhiben dos esculturas que simbolizan la mitología grecolatina: Diana y Minerva, piezas creadas por el Maestro Francisco Castillo Blanco, perteneciente a la primera generación de profesores escultores en la Universidad de Sonora. Sala interactiva de ciencias
