Sala 2 – Información acerca del artista Gabriel Barranco y de los cuerpos relicarios, con obras del artista exhibidas, así como un cuerpo relicario ejemplificando la información presentada.
Sala 3 – Representación de la celda (habitación) de un monje de la orden franciscana, quienes solían habitar el Convento de San José de Gracia.

Sala 14 – “Sala Capitular”, en tiempo del Convento solía ser la sala más importante pues ahí se reunían los frailes de mayor jerarquía a tomar decisiones acerca del funcionamiento del Convento y las actividades de sus habitantes. Actualmente los visitantes pueden conocer este espacio que presenta imágenes religiosas.
