Tiene una sala de exhibición permanente que es interactiva, lúdica y potencialmente didáctica. A través de ella, se pretende acercar al público en general al conocimiento histórico de los sucesos bélicos ocurridos en Celaya durante el periodo conocido como la Revolución Mexicana.
El aprendizaje se brinda por medio de juegos multimedia, maquetas interactivas, réplicas de armamento de época, secuencias de videos históricos y fotografías antiguas, así como permitiendo que el visitante pueda caracterizarse a la usanza de los dos ejércitos que lucharon en Celaya en 1915, gracias a la instalación de un diorama que escenifica el campo de combate y que alude al Ejército del Norte de Francisco Villa y el Constitucionalista de Álvaro Obregón.
