Hay una sala que hace referencia a las siete regiones del estado, la otomí, popoloca, totonaca, tepehua, nahua, mixteca y mazateca, en la que se incluyen tabletas y pantallas con información sobre cada una de ellas.
Un espacio particular es la sala de la china poblana en la que se exhiben piezas de colección particular –sin dar información sobre el propietario, donde se incluye una muñeca antigua ataviada con la indumentaria tradicional.
Otras salas más son las dedicada a la talavera, al carnaval de Huejotzingo, a las fiestas populares en las que se incluyen referencias a las danzas de los negritos, del Totonacapan, de los voladores de Cuetzalan, de los Quetzales y los Tecuanes.
