Cuenta con tres salas permanentes:
Sala de agua: Desarrollada por investigadores de la Universidad AutĂłnoma del Estado de Morelos, cuenta con diferentes secciones donde se explican las caracterĂsticas fĂsico quĂmicas del agua; donde se engloban las caracterĂsticas generales y particulares del agua, asĂ como la cantidad de agua en la tierra y la descubierta en el espacio. TambiĂ©n, se menciona la importancia del agua en la tierra y la hidrografĂa del Estado de Morelos, Sin dejar de mencionar las estrategias para cuidar el vital liquido en nuestro estado.
Sala de energĂa: Cuenta con equipo interactivo en el cual se explican las diferentes formas de la energĂa que existen en la naturaleza.
Casa de la Tierra: Sala que cuenta con esferas de fibra de carbĂłn donde se proyectan videos y documentales sobre temas relacionadas a la astronomĂa y el clima, algunos son videos mostrados en tiempo real enlazados por la NASA y la NOA todo esto gracias y a travĂ©s del Climate Institute.
