Cuenta con tres salas permanentes:
Sala de agua: Desarrollada por investigadores de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos, cuenta con diferentes secciones donde se explican las características físico químicas del agua; donde se engloban las características generales y particulares del agua, así como la cantidad de agua en la tierra y la descubierta en el espacio. También, se menciona la importancia del agua en la tierra y la hidrografía del Estado de Morelos, Sin dejar de mencionar las estrategias para cuidar el vital liquido en nuestro estado.
Sala de energĂ­a: Cuenta con equipo interactivo en el cual se explican las diferentes formas de la energĂ­a que existen en la naturaleza.
Casa de la Tierra: Sala que cuenta con esferas de fibra de carbón donde se proyectan videos y documentales sobre temas relacionadas a la astronomía y el clima, algunos son videos mostrados en tiempo real enlazados por la NASA y la NOA todo esto gracias y a través del Climate Institute.
