The museum is divided into seven thematic sections, consisting of archaeological objects found at the site that describe the geographic area of the Toltec culture and its religious, organizational, economic and architectural aspects, as well as its ceramic and sculptural production. In December 2004, the Sala de Interpretación Guadalupe Mastache was inaugurated, which introduces visitors to the site and provides information about restoration and archaeological rescue.
