Cuenta con 15 sets ambientados con espacios únicos, 8 modelos a escala de galeones desde 1532 a 1908, 9 vestuarios de reyes y piratas, más de 50 réplicas de armas, fusiles, arcabuces y mosquetes, más de 10 armas y espadas originales del siglo XVIII, 3 Baúles antiguos originales, 30 artículos de navegación que incluye réplicas y originales de los siglos XVII y XVIII.
La galería de arte: Miradas: la historia de un pirata que consta de una colección de 15 obras inéditas de 15 artistas mexicanos, 1 cuadro de plata de la batalla de barlovento, colección cartográfica antigua flamenca, inglesa, holandesa y árabe, que va desde 1532 hasta 1908: Un mundo de mapas, tesoros y piratas, 3 timones, mascarones de proa, estatuas de piratas que incluye colecciones privadas, comodatos y donaciones de la sociedad civil.
