Sala Teresa Pomar.
Muestra una colección de artesanÃas y de juguetes en miniatura, elaborados con distintos materiales como hoja de maÃz, madera, hueso, barro, tela, palma, alambre y plomo. Sorprende el minucioso detalle de estas piezas, elaboradas con absoluta destreza por manos de artesanos mexicanos.
Sala José Chávez Morado.
En esta sala se encuentra la colección permanente del museo, con obras religiosas de los siglos XVII y XVIII y retratos costumbristas, entre los que destacan los realizados por Hermenegildo Bustos, uno de los más notables pintores de Guanajuato.
