Las primeras cinco salas del primer nivel que conforman este recinto histórico son: Francisco Eduardo Tres guerras, Galería, Hacienda, Bohemia y Sala Noble; mientras que en el segundo nivel hay otras cinco salas de exhibición: Sala Rul, Sala Real, Sala Carlos III, Sala Capilla y el Comedor.
En las dos primeras salas se exhibe la exposición José María Velasco y sus contemporáneos, colectiva de pintores del siglo XIX. En el marco del centenario natal del maestro Luis Nishizawa, la colección particular de sus hijos Luis y Gabriel Nishizawa Flores.
