Obra plástica de artistas relevantes para el estado. La Sala Alfonso Michel cuenta con 31 trabajos del artista, entre óleos, dibujos y terracotas. La Sala de Numismática exhibe una colección de 650 monedas y billetes antiguos de Colima, México y el Mundo, donadas por José Ruiz Villalvazo. La Sala de Arqueología cuenta con una importante colección de piezas arqueológicas. La Sala de Armas guarda una colección de armas de diferentes etapas históricas de México y el Mundo, donadas por el coleccionista Melchor Ursua Quiroz.
