En la primera sala se representa una parte de la casa habitación de Manuel M. Ponce, en la que se encuentran muebles, fotografías familiares, pinturas, libros, algunos objetos personales, así como un piano.
En la segunda sala se pueden apreciar fotografías de amigos de Ponce con dedicatoria para él, así como algunas partituras, violín, piano, reproductores de música, etc.
En la tercera sala se encuentran fotografías, objetos de aseo personal y ropa perteneciente a Ponce.
