El Museo Tolsá está diseñado en cinco importantes núcleos temáticos enlazados por una lÃnea del tiempo interactiva recibe al público, con la intención de ubicar a los visitantes en la historia. Hay dos salas dedicadas a la creación y al desarrollo de El Caballito, que a decir de los expertos es una de las cinco esculturas ecuestres más hermosas del mundo. Otro espacio está destinado a la parte de arquitectura y a la obra civil del Palacio de MinerÃa, enriquecido con retratos de diferentes personajes, incluido, el de Tolsá. Los asistentes se podrán enterar que el proceso de construcción del Palacio de MinerÃa duró 16 años, de 1797 a 1813. Y de que este afamado arquitecto también estuvo a cargo de una de las edificaciones más emblemática de Guadalajara, el Hospicio Cabañas.
