En sus salas permanentes exhibe una colección de bordados huicholes, arte huichol contemporáneo (mural conformado por 80 piezas con más de dos millones de chaquiras), herrajes coloniales de los siglos XVII al XIX, retablos populares religiosos del siglo XIX, numerosas artesanías y una serie fotográfica sobre los huicholes realizada en la década de 1940 por Juan Víctor Arauz.
